haplo 0.8 is available

So it happened! Haplo 0.8 is out!
New features:

- it is possible to create load set (ponctual or distributed forces)
- 2D Laplacian is available (preliminary named ME2DT3). It was coded to compute torsion moment.
- eigen value solver is working. You can solve equation of the
form A.x = l B.x
- bug fixes :-)
- first debian packages. Need to be tested a bit more!
