Binary attachments corrupted by UTF-8 conversion

The UTF-8 conversion update script provided in Savane 1.0.7 caused binary attached to items to be corrupted. The relevant packages has been rebuilt to avoid this problem.
If you have already upgraded an installation older than 1.0.7 with the broken scripts and have a lot of binary attachments, please post a comment to bug #2850.
We currently do not provide a script to fix affected database, as, for now, most installations that suffered this problem was able to recover old attachment using database backups; or use this feature (attach file in trackers) so lightly that having a few attachment broken is not really issue.
