Announce: diff in SVN commits notifications

For those who prefer to read the commit diffs in their emails, it is now possible to request a per-project change of the default setting (links pointing to revisions and diffs via viewsvn).

If you want diffs in the SVN commit emails of your project, please post a support request. Don't forget to post from an logged in account, and to include your project's name. Note that this will significantly increase the size of commit emails. However, if diffs are too large (currently 20kb), they are truncated, and the URL allowing to browse the diff online is displayed.

We are still unsure about making this change the default for all projects, and we would like to hear your opinion. Feel free to express it in this news' comments.
