Version 2.1.1 Available

Version 2.1.1 of guile-dbi is now available. This update fixes several important bugs, including:
-- A crash during garbage collection, during db close.
-- Misconversion of floating point values.
-- An off-by-one error when returning lines from a Postgres database.
-- Removal of calls to the deprecated guile gh_ API.
-- Documentation updates.
