News: Announce: now SVN commits can annotate items

Since today, SVN commits will annotate items if in the commit message there is an item reference (a string like "task #nnnn" or "bug #nnnn").

There are a few limits:

You can only annotate items that belong to your project
You cannot annotate more than 10 items at once
It is purely informative, it does not involve mail notification (for this, commits dedicated mailing-list are to be used - it could be a real pain to people in CC if each commit was generating a mail)

We do not plan to provide this feature for CVS. If you are interested in this feature, we recommend that you switch over SVN.
