Always round-up, as the rule is that movement is possible as long as move points > zero -> 0.001 shouldn't show up like zero.

Additional wish: Automatically use % for 100 fragments.

Up to 9 fragments everything is fine as is. With more fragments it tends to be confusing. Automatically up to two digits for a decimal fraction (no trailing zeros: 3, 4.5, 6.78) and more than 9 fragments could also do the trick, truncated 2.66 or rounded 2.67 doesn't matter (if it is consistent.)

With large numbers of move_fragments (such as you might use in a ruleset with pythagorean_diagonal enabled), the current fractional display becomes unwieldy.

A ruleset option (communicated to the client) could enable decimal display, and allow the number of decimal places to be specified (1 => "2.3 MP", 2 => 1.41 MP").
