There is a lot of infrastructure in the Warzone code for specular/secondary lighting, but it is not enabled. This patch does so. However, this lighting is only ever set in one place in the code, and that is for crap fog. If someone ever figures a good use for secondary/specular colour, this patch is waiting for him.
