first, thank you for writing yagtd.py, it's the GTD program that fits my
style best :)

I might like to try some functional changes, but I'll start with a patch
that might not be desireable (or in this form):

When using 'print', tasks that do not have contexts, projects, or other
things are not listed. That might be on purpose, but when I was first
trying out all the commands it surprised me I was missing tasks.

The attached patch implements an approach to also printing out not
otherwise printed tasks.

If there is anything I can do to make collaboration easier for you,
please let me know!
