Jest is a software project estimator. You use it to predict how much software you can produce in a given amount of time. (It can also do
the reverse, predict time from amount of software. Most estimators only do the reverse.)
Jest is designed to be a free, simple, command-line alternative to
complicated proprietary estimators.
Notable Features
- Estimates size from time
- Requires little input
- Runs from the command line
- Free Software
License GNU General Public License V2 or later
Development Status: 5 - Production/Stable
Details (job description, contact ...):
Try the program and tell me what you think. It's designed to be easy to use (as long as you're comfortable with the command line) and comes with examples.
This is an estimation program, so all it does is show you results based on your input.
