This software is a PHP4/5 MySQL Web application designed to manage budgets. It includes accounting imports, spreadsheets exports, and a small usage of themes mechanism.
It is partially documented with Doxygen, and use a custom page Layout mechanism.
License GNU General Public License V3 or later

Budgest needs high level PHP/MySQL developers, with good object knowledge and skills in Smarty and/or Data abstraction.
Average accounting knowledge is appreciated.
Objective is to rewrite parts of budgest for more efficiency and flexibility.
