This software is a PHP4/5 MySQL Web application designed to manage budgets. It includes accounting imports, spreadsheets exports, and a small usage of themes mechanism.
It is partially documented with Doxygen, and use a custom page Layout mechanism.
License GNU General Public License V3 or later
Development Status: 5 - Production/Stable

The budgest project need some technical documentation, and a good users guide.
French and then english documentation needed.
