biniou (BINary NIOUzrideur) - Summary
So biniou is a command-line binary newsreader.
How is it different from other newsgrabbers ? The 'killer feature' of biniou (well, as I see it) is that it's able to group different files under one 'metafile'.
It means that for a big file splitted in a lot of parts (as iso, or whatever), you can simply ask biniou to download one metafile. biniou will take care of downloading all parts, decoding them and eventually checking their integrity.
It improves drastically the readibility of binary newsgroups on command line, and is a lot simpler than selecting all the parts you want, or to have to go on binsearch, etc.
