wecena.bliotux (or bliotux) is a Javascript + XML application framework which allows developers to build highly-graphical, interactive and graphically-animated web applications which can be run both offline or online.

Instead of relying on proprietary technologies such as Adobe Flash or
Microsoft Silverlight, bliotux relies on open standards such as SVG, SMIL and Javascript to make animated SVG (and additional standards and technologies in some future, such as CSS, more SMIL and WAI-ARIA).
