Main part of this project is library based on Portable .NET compiler, that makes e.g. code completion and other usefull IDE stuff easy to implement in various plugins. As demonstration of this library there is Xacc IDE for Portable .NET and i will add also .NET plugin for Eclipse (when licensing issues get resolved).
