Melissa is a Software to create color- and width coded 3D Structures of Proteins. It generates macros for Pymol (http://www.pymol.org). Any values can be superimposed onto the structure. Values are entered manually or read from a text file (residue number and value).

Supported Codings:
- Quadratic
- Linear
- Logarithmic
- Ascedning
- Descending

Models:
- Worm like model (only backbone is shown)
- Sphere Model (protein is represented as cartoon, values are coded as
spheres (backbone N) with increasing width)
