Tolstoj Editor - Summary
Tolstoj is a multiplatform text editor written in Java. It has (or will have): syntax coloring, autocomplete, support of LaTex, and many more features designed to improve programmers' productivity.
The program runs on native GUI components without the use of awt or swing, meaning it should run as fast and nicely-looking as programs written in C for the particular platform.

It runs on MacOS X and you can just run it after uncompressing the file. The archive file also includes the complete source code in Java and C.
Enjoy it!

I have put a current working program at the download area. The file is http://download.gna.org/zhang/Zhang-20040613.app.tar.bz2
The program runs on MacOS 10.3 with very few features and a lot of bugs. Since it still has some major bugs, I don't recomment you use it as regular basis. You decompress the file, then you can simply run it. The program itself also includes the complete source code.
