I am having troubles when commiting my changes. I can download the files and update the reposirory, but if I want to commit using svn ci, I get the following errors:

svn: attempt to write a readonly database
svn: File already exists: filesystem '/svn/svn/mmc/db', transaction '25-z', path '/mmc/COPYING'

What do I have to change? This problem occurs at two of my projects: Bplot and MMC.
