Trying to compile the file './ssx/parsev2.cpp' results in the following errors:

Apparently the compiler doesn't create a temporary iterator that can be incremented before assigning it. The attached patch fixes the problems, but it would be wise to have a better look at it to see that it really does what should be done, especially the issue at line 480.

A run of dtest on a Linux/GCC system with this patch is successful.
