installed gnome-system-tools (approx. cost : 4 compressed Mb)

We need a basic administration tool to help user wishing to install Freeduc-cd to do the followin tasks:

- add/del users
- edit the network config

A possible candidate is the "gnome-system-tools" package

We do not necessary need this package to have a menu in the Desktop but when people will ask about it we will be able to point them to it.
