We should have a tool (probably a shell script) which is able to walk across Étoilé repository, extract each subproject in a snapshot, output their eventual documentation (developer or user related) and upload this documentation on Étoilé web site and the snapshots in project Download area.

This tool should support two modes:
- Release snapshot
- Repository snapshot (would be automatically run each day)

In Release mode, snaphots would be uploaded directly in http://download.gna.org/etoile/<subprojectName>/
In Repository mode, snaphots would be uploaded directly in http://download.gna.org/etoile/development/<subprojectName>/

Finally documentation in Release mode would be uploaded directly:
- For user, in http://www.etoile-project.org/documentation/<subprojectName>/
- For developer, in http://www.etoile-project.org/developer/documentation/<subprojectName>/

Possibly documentation in Repository mode would be uploaded directly:
- For user and developer, in http://www.etoile-project.org/developer/development/documentation/<subprojectName>/
