Whenever we have to fetch input that may contain ',' we should use GetDBHash instead of GetDB.

For instance, it is the case when we fetch user name info. Using GetDBHash, sv_users could remove by himself misplaced ',' (that have nothing to do in /etc/passwd I guess), so the frontend could tolerate it.
