here's the relevant bit of exim config code

  # Savane trackers notifs are sent from NO-REPLY.INVALID-ADDRESS
  # Do not tolerate mails to come from NO-REPLY.INVALID-ADDRESS
  # if not sent by one of our boxes. As bart.gna.org is in the
  # relay from host list, notifs should have been already accepted

  deny    senders        = ^NO-REPLY.INVALID-ADDRESS@.*
          log_message    = claimed to be the savane noreply ++BAN:$sender_host_address++

Must come just after the time you gave the ok for all mails coming from your servers.

sv_mailman should add the noreply as member of the lists it creates (in nomail mode), so the tracker should be default get its mails approved.

This should come with an exim bit of code similar to the svn/cvs commits lists making sure that no spammers benefits from this facility.
