Bongo fails to compile and run on RHEL for various GNUTLS-related reasons.

First, the gnutls 1.0 library has a slightly different API - types such as gnutls_dh_params_t do not have the _t suffix.

So, we need a compatibility shim.

Second, the string Template library doesn't exist in python 2.3, so the certificate generation system is broken. We need to rewrite this in C for entropy reasons anyway.
