After a few checks this is potentially a really big change, and we need to take care of many cases ( dependencies, etc. )
It might be postponed until other smalle rchanges are done.

We need to investigate the possiblity of this.

After we make the compilation options per target, we could also make the src directories and include directories depending on target only.

This might be enough to get rid of the limitation. A good project to test that is openssl ( crypto lib + ssl lib )

This would match what VS users are used of : multiple projects in one solution, one hierarchy, with one CMakeLists.txt.
But we could have multiple targets and multiple tests suite...
