On some installations, name clashes could happen if list naming is free.

When list naming is free, we can estimate that people could be allowed to add list to their project even if they havent created the list. So the list must only be here for information purpose, and not created by the backend in any way.

When such pseudo-list is created, when a list is in fact "attached", we should add it with a special flag and mention the special status to users (so they do not expect gaining control of the list with this method).
