On occassions it is handy to be able to tweak a particlar setting in the configuration file, for example to disabling use of the cache, or to toggle status of a stage. With the new Config::Record ability to fully specify paths to an arbitrary config entry, it is feasible to do this from the command line without changing the config file. For example, it should be possible to do

auto-build.pl --config /etc/autobuild.conf --define 'archive/enabled=0'
