About the idea of allow projects admins to do so, I see later with Yves if it really needed.

Heavy contributors turn around at CERN (http://savannah.cern.ch/support/?101364) indicates that it would be useful to even allow someone to remove all CC he is on from a given group.

I'm waiting for a reply to determine whether it is useful to also allow projects admins to remove an address from all CCs (maybe useful at CERN because of the return handler).
