Ok, I have no the confirmation that it would really be a plus to allow project admins to remove people in CC from their project (see task #4137).

On big projects with thousands of items, it would certainly not be very useful to list every addresses in CC. So the idea will be to provide a form to select users/addresses to remove from CC.
