[field #14] Original Submission: Intended functionality: when this button is clicked, its comment s text is copied into comment text area with quoting symbol (">") prepended to all relevant lines of the comment and the text area is focused and brought on-screen (i.e. there may be scrolling involved.)

This is not trivial to do, because it either requires heavy loading of pages (addition of source text for all comments), AJAX technics (and we probably don t want that) or form submission on button click.
