License headers aren't complete. You need add the "WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY" like sd2card.ccp

License headers required in source code:

Before releasing your project under the license you choose, you
must place copyright notices and permission to copy statements
at the beginning of every file of source code.

In addition, if you haven't already, please copy the plain text
version the license (usually this file is named "COPYING"). The
GPL is available from <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt>.

Additional instructions are available from
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html>, that are usually
valid for libre software licenses.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed. To
learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of
the code, for example, go to

You have to add the plain text version of the license (usually
this file is named "COPYING") at the source root. The GPL is
available from <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt>.

Source code required:

Please include an (temporary) URL pointing to the source code,
or attach a tarball to this item.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not
functional, to catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you
must include a copyright notice and statement permitting copying
at the beginning of every file of source code. This is
explained in <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html>. Our
review would help catch potential omissions such as these.

Registration Details

  • Name: MINMSC Driver for Arduino DUE
  • System Name: minmscdue
  • Type: Programs
  • License: GNU General Public License V2 or later

Purpose: Develop/maintain a low level, host side USB Mass Storage Class driver for Arduino board DUE that shall integrate with Arduino IDE (not ATMEL Stdio).

The DUE is a new board on Arduino platform which is well-known for its open source software and completely open hardware design. The cpu is ARM Cortex M3 based and is made by ATMEL. Anyone can copy the hardware design from Arduino and sell a derivative product with the IDE repackaged or modified under GNU GPL 2 license.

I am almost finished with this driver and want to host it to a site for continued development and maintenance where I don't have to run a closed-source client on a my completely open-source Fedora PC.

My driver integrates with the Arduino IDE for DUE. I don't have my driver available on any URL yet. Space required for one source code version: About 220 KB. I can zip-email the driver to you if required.

All codes developed by me have the following GPL2 license
/* Copyright (C) 2013, Pradip Maitra. All rights reserved.

This software may be distributed and modified under the terms of the GNU
General Public License version 2 (GPL2) as published by the Free Software
Foundation and appearing in the file GPL2.TXT included in the packaging of
this file. Please note that GPL2 Section 2[b] requires that all works based
on this software must also be made publicly available under the terms of
the GPL2 ("Copyleft").

Arduino IDE License URL: http://arduino.cc/en/Main/FAQ
Look for the 4th bullet under "Can I build a commercial product based on Arduino?" section.

Arduino IDE Download URL (for 64-bit Linux):

Other Software Required:

GCC, Java. I am running on Fedora 18.
