G2F implement an Ada 95 binding to a subset of the low-level MagickCore library.

In the current version, it's possible to
- Read/Write image
- Set/Get some image attribut (format, text, ...)
- Create a new image (Canvas)
- Resize images and produce thumbnail
- Work at the Pixels level (read/write on the cache-view of the image)
